Budget Reduction Meeting Print

Around 150 people attended a meeting at the Dixon High School auditorium Wednesday evening to listen to Superintendent Michael Juenger discuss declining state support for public education, and the proposed cuts in next years budget caused by those cuts.  Questions were asked about cuts in specific areas and the increases in class sizes.

The Board of Education will be making decisions about final cuts to programs and staff at upcoming board meetings.
