The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is coming to Dixon! 

Is your child in need of basic medical or dental care?  Remember, schools require physical exams for K, 6th, & 9th grades, and dental exams for K, 2nd, & 6th grades!  The Care Mobile provides free basic medical and dental care to uninsured or underinsured children ages 0 to 18 who need care. 

Dec 6-7, 2010 9am to 4pm  for Dental

Dec 9, 2010 10am to 4pm for Medical

The Care Mobile will be located at McDonalds Restaurant, 207 N. Galena in Dixon all 3 days.  Medical and dental visits will be available by appointment.  To schedule an appointment, please call the Lee County Health Department at 815.284.3371

This is a free and confidential service.

Some of the services provided are immunizations, physicals, well-child exams, dental screenings, cleanings, flouride treatments and basic dental restorative work.  For more information about the Care Mobile, call 815.971.5810.

We can also help you and your family access health insurance through Medicaid or All Kids if you qualify.
