Fall Spirit Wear: Beanies were a huge hit! Size 6-8 in sweatshirts are very small; we will not offer that size of sweatshirt in the future. Money raised from selling spirit wear will go to PTO Family Movie Night.

Family Movie Night: PTO will be showing “Brave” on January 25th in the DHS auditorium. Doors will open at 5:30 and the movie will start at 6:00 p.m. All children must have an adult with them. DHS Key Club and/or DHS Student Counsel will help with concessions during the movie. We discussed prizes such as Dixon Duke Beanies, the movie “Brave”, and left over spirit wear. PTO approved a $300 budget for concessions (candy and water), a $300 budget for prizes, and $100 for the license to show the movie.

Should we include RMS in the Spring spirit wear order? This was declined in previous years because RMS colors are red, white, and blue. However, it was mentioned that all RMS students are still Dixon Public School students and will be moving onto DHS where the colors are purple and white. Most agree that RMS should be included in the spring spirit wear order. We will discuss more
