Thought for the Day: The unexpected doesn’t always happen, but it happens when you least expect it.

1. Any boy’s track member who is interested in a summer camp, June 12-15 at ISU, see Coach Luther. The deadline is June 1st.

2. There is a job posted in the Guidance Office for hay baling this summer. Check the jobs board for more information.

3. Students who missed the AP U.S. History meeting , need to see Mr. Stanley for an informational packet before June 3rd.

4. The DHS Class Officers are having a car wash this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the cafeteria parking lot. All proceeds go to Relay for Life. See you there!

5. Congratulations to Vivian Villegas and Michael Rivera on becoming the 2011-2012 Dixon Marching Dukes Drum Majors.

6. Anyone who earned an athletic award this year, but did not attend their banquet to receive it, should stop by the A.D.’s office asap and pick it up.

7. Community Service essays are due by Friday, May 27th to Mr. Hodson.

8. Attention Cheerleaders – All money for camp and gear is due this Friday.

9. Attention Baseball Players – Uniform turn-in is Friday at 2:30 in the upstairs baseball storage room.
