Thought for the Day: Wisdom is the quality that keeps you from getting into situations where you need it.

1. Anyone interested in joining the Peer Jury Program should see Officer LaMendola in the guidance office to pick up an application.

2. There are two jobs posted in the Guidance Office. Check the jobs board in the G.O. for information.

3. There will be a girls track meeting with pizza on Monday, September 19th at 6:15 p.m. in the cafeteria to go over upcoming events.

4. Students must have their ID cards to use the computers in the Library.

5. Attention ALL students – We will be running eligibility this Friday, September 16, for Homecoming. If you are passing 5 classes, you will be allowed to attend the dance.

6. Congratulations to Mrs. Pitman’s 4th hour class for no tardies last week. Teachers, remember to let Mr. Tennyson know on Friday if your class has no tardies for the week.

7. Students – You must have your ID on you to get into the games. Even if you do not have a paid activity card, you will save a $1 when you show your ID.

8. The B.L.I.N.D. student leaders would like to thank the freshmen class for their work at Wednesday's BLIND retreat. The BLIND team would like to remind students that if you have any concerns about the issues raised at yesterday's retreat, you should seek out a counselor, a BLIND student leader or Mr. Padilla in Room 405. We will help you find the answers or help you need, or if you just need to talk, we will listen. Thanks again, Class of 2015!!!!!!
