Thought for the Day: Remember, how you say something is as important as what you say.

1. Want to do a little extra this year for the less fortunate? You can! Student Council is sponsoring a canned food drive for the local food pantry all this week! Please bring your canned food into your first hour class. The class with the most food brought in will win a prize.

2. Athletes – There is no running on 2nd floor at any time. New carpet has been installed.

3. The Dixon Pride Committee will meet Tuesday at 7:15 a.m. in room 120. Bring a friend!

4. DHS will host the Sauk Valley Shoot-Out Tuesday night. The Duchesses will play Stillman Valley with the sophomores starting at 6:00 and the varsity to follow. The cost for students is $3, activity cards are not valid.
 

Dixon Public Schools, in cooperation with the community, will provide students with a comprehensive educational program that produces well-educated, self-sufficient, and involved citizens.
