Thought for the Day: Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are endless.

1. Want to do a little extra this year for the less fortunate? You can! Student Council is sponsoring a canned food drive for the local food pantry all this week! Please bring your canned food into your first hour class. The class with the most food brought in will win a prize.

2. Due to lack of participants, the “Battle of the Bands” has been cancelled.

3. There is a National GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship available to seniors who show leadership, drive, integrity and citizenship. Stop by the G.O. for more information.

4. Baseball open gym is this Sunday from noon to 2pm for those players wanting to play baseball this spring.

5. BLIND Leaders and members: Please come to tomorrow's meeting at 7:15 in room 405 for the yearbook photo. Remember to wear your BLIND shirt.
