No Lunch Served

Thought for the Day: The harder you work, the more luck you seem to have.

1. There will be a Peer Jury meeting on Thursday, January 26th at 11:10 a.m. in the auditorium.

2. Attention all Juniors – You will be taking a practice ACT on Thursday in the cafeteria.

3. The Counseling Office will host a Financial Aid presentation on Thursday, January 26th at 6:30 p.m. in the DHS cafeteria. A representative of Sauk Valley College’s Financial Aid office will be available to assist parents in filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms and much more. All parents are invited, particularly parents of seniors who will be attending college.

4. BLIND meeting will be this Thursday at 7:15 in room 405. All BLIND leaders are asked to bring a bag of candy or a few candy bars for the BLIND basket for the Stupor Bowl auction.

5. SCHOLASTIC BOWL: Fresh/soph members of the scho-bowl team are reminded of the Sterling tournament this Saturday. The bus will leave DHS at 8:10 AM.

6. Juniors - Please meet in the auditorium on Friday morning during first hour. We will go over registration information and prepare you to pick your courses for your senior year.
