Thought for the Day: A skeptic is a person who, when he sees the writing on the wall, claims it is a forgery.

1. BLIND members are reminded to bring a candy bar or a small bag of candy to Mr. Padilla ASAP for the Stupor Bowl auction basket. The next meeting will be Thursday at 7:15 in room 405.

2. Sophomores are to report to the auditorium first hour on Friday to receive registration materials.

3. Attention Key Clubbers – If you have not signed up for a T-shirt, please come to the office sometime this week to do so. We will get a final price to you after everyone has signed up.

4. The Boy’s Track team is selling lollipops until Valentine’s Day. They are .75 for 1 or 2 for $1. Get yours before they are gone!

5. Don’t forget to turn in your ideas for a bookmark for Black History Month to the library. It will be copied and distributed to all library patrons.

6. DHS Students – Do you have talent? Then come and showcase your talents at the Dixon High School Variety Show. It will be on March 16th. Sign up is in the main office. There will be a mandatory sound- check held the weekend before the show.

7. The Rock River VietNow Scholarship is now available online. Applications must be received by March 31st to be eligible.
