Thought for the Day: Swallowing angry words before you say them is easier than having to eat them afterwards.

1. ITALY TRIP!!! There is still room on Mr. Padilla's Italy tour this summer. If you are interested in going please see him for information. Students must be signed up by January 15th to go. We will be touring Rome, Florence, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, and Assisi.

2. Kentucky Fried Chicken is offering a scholarship to seniors. Go to http://www.kfcscholars.org for more information.

3. Don't forget to nominate people for the Dixon Pride awards on Friday. Be sure to dress in purple and white to show your school spirit, too!

4. Seniors - You will be receiving your exam exemptions today. DO NOT LOSE THEM. THIS IS THE ONLY COPY YOU WILL RECEIVE. They must be returned by December 9th at 11:00 am to be used this semester. No Exceptions!!

5. The Leo Club has a used eyeglasses, hearing aids and keys recycling box in the office. Please bring your recyclable items in.

6. There is a scholarship for a senior who is planning to major in agriculture. Stop by the Guidance Office for more information.
