1. Hey DHS..... It’s Spring Time! So to celebrate, we are having a Spring into Spirit Day this Friday. We asking everyone to wear as much purple and white as you can!  Hats, bandanas and sunglasses are acceptable if they are purple or white! We will finish off the day with a school pep rally. You don't want to miss it as we are going to have the Dance team and Cheerleaders guy/girl dance groups perform..... they were outstanding during the basketball games!! So get into the spirit and wear purple and white! Go Dixon! DHS, what's your color?

2. Attention Student Council! There will not be a meeting this Wednesday. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, March 14th.

3. Just a reminder that library books are due tomorrow.Check the date due slip in the back of the book and return.

4. Congratulation to the Dixon High School band students who were selected to Big 12 All Conference Freshman/Sophomore Band. Tom Whitcombe-Trumpet, Andrew Clark-Trumpet, Samantha Riggin-Clarinet, Rachel Turffs-Clarinet, Rachel Gascoigne-Clarinet, Matt Sanders-Bass Clarinet, Maggie Bushman-Alto Saxophone, Jacob Harrison-French Horn, Maribeth Johnson-Trombone. All- Conference Junior/Senior Band. Ellie Drezen-Piccolo, Joey Hammitt-Clarinet, Kurt Gale-Clarinet, Michael Rivera-Alto Saxophone, Thomas Clemens-Baritone Saxophone, Alicia Brown-Trumpet, Austin Dillon-French Horn, Ian Schielein-French Horn. Performances will be in LaSalle on March 13, 2012.
