1. PARIS SPRING BREAK: See Mr. Padilla if you are interested in traveling to Paris, France in 2013. Sign up before April 30th and get a $100 discount!

2. Seniors – Sauk Valley College will be at DHS on Tuesday, May 1st to register students for next year. You must sign up for an appointment in the G.O.

3. Summer School will be offered June 1 through June 29, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. If enough students sign up, classes will be offered in Algebra 1, English and APEX classes. The cost is $110.00 per class. There will be no waiver of fees. Money must be turned in with applications. Forms are in the Guidance Office.

4. If you are interested in running for a Student Council officer position, see Mr. Eddy in room 305 for a petition. Signed petitions are due to Mr. Eddy by Friday.

5. The DHS Softball team is selling wrist bands to show support for Sarah Schnake  and her family. “Sarah’s Fight Club” wrist bands are $10 each and are available in the main office or from a softball player.

6. We also have T-shirts to help support Sarah Schnake in her fight against cancer. They are $15.00 and in two colors. See Katie Miller

7. Volleyball open gym has been cancelled for this Sunday, 4/29. Volleyball Camp brochures will be available next week. Any high school player will receive $10 off of their spirit pack if they attend all four days of camp.

8. Attention all hungry students – Donate blood Friday, May 4th and get a free Subway sandwich! Sign up before May 2nd in the nurse’s office. You will not be able to sign up the day of the drive. We need all the donors we can get.

9. Thursday we will be on a half-day schedule and Friday we will be on an adjusted schedule for an assembly 4th period.

10.Attention All Jazz Choir Members: Reminder - you have your yearbook picture scheduled before school tomorrow, Thursday! Come to school dressed in your uniform and be ready at 7:30 am please.

11.BLIND will meet Thursday at 7:15 a.m. in room 405.
