Thought for the Day: The scars of others should teach us caution.

1. Flowers for a Friend – The DHS Class Officers are currently selling flowers during lunch for the next two weeks and after school next week until Thursday. You can buy one for $1 or six for $5.

2. Boys interested in going out for the tennis team this spring should sign up in the Athletic Office. If you have any questions, see Coach Boll in room 134 before or after school.

3. Seniors – Pay close attention to deadlines for scholarships and applications. Allow time for transcripts and recommendations to be prepared.

4. Al Morrison Baseball sign-up is Saturday, February 13th from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Loveland Community Building. Forms are available at www.almorrison.org .

5. Sophomores – The Whiteside Area Career Center field trip is scheduled for Thursday, February 11th. We will leave from outside the new gym at 8:00 a.m. and return in time for 4th hour. If you are currently passing all your classes you are welcome to attend. Sign up in the Guidance Office.
