Thought for the Day: If you scatter thorns, don’t go barefoot.

1. Who will wear the crown? The Mr. School competition is Friday, April 23rd. If you are interested in competing for this acclaimed crown, see Mr. Eddy today! April 9th is the last day to sign up. There are only so many spots, so sign up now.

2. Academic eligibility for Mr. School will be run on Friday, April 9th. All participants must be eligible.

3. Peer Jurors – The next hearing is scheduled for Sunday, March 28th. If you are able to attend, please sign up in the Guidance Office. Please be at the Police Dept. by 5:00 p.m.

4. Seniors – Local scholarships will be available on the school’s website on Friday, March 26th. All applications are due April 30, 2010, no exceptions.

5. The YMCA is looking for a few great volunteers to help coach spring soccer for grades 4-8. For more information, please contact Lindsey at the YMCA.

6. Sauk Valley College Foundation is offering a scholarship for students who plan to major in music at Sauk. Applications are available in the G.O.
