Thought for the Day: Enjoy your life without comparing it with that of another.

1. Juniors – Sign up for the PSAT/NMSQT in the Guidance Office. The test will be given October 13th and will cost $16.

2. On Wednesday, all Freshmen should report to 1st hour and have attendance taken. When the teacher has attendance done, you will be escorted to the new gym. Freshmen are to wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes on Wednesday.

3. All BLIND leaders should be at school Wednesday by 7:15 a.m. for set up for the freshman retreat.

4. All Freshmen should weat tennis shoes or comfortable walking shoes for the BLIND retreat tomorrow.

5. BLIND will coordinate a food drive next week. Bring canned food to your first hour class Monday through Thursday and the class that brings the most food will win donuts and juice!

6. Wednesday is the last day to drop a class with a WP. After Wednesday, any class dropped will be WF.

7. Stop by the Library and guess “Who’s Who” among the DHS staff members. Prizes will be given!

8. The Class Officers will be hosting an Ice Cream Social on Thursday in the cafeteria from 2:30-3:30 after school and 6:00-7:00 before the parade.

9. The boys’ basketball team will be selling old uniforms (retro spirit wear) after the pep rally on Friday. Come pick up something to wear to the Homecoming game!

10.A representative of Educators of Beauty will be here Wednesday at 10:30. Seniors should see Mrs. Bellows to sign up.

11.The Student of the Month selection committee will meet at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday in room 100.
