Thought for the Day: Remember, how you say something is as important as what you say.

1. The Arc of Lee County is offering a scholarship for a senior who will be enrolling in an accredited college who will be entering the field of Special Education or Human Services. Applications are in the Guidance Office.

2. Seniors who will be attending an Illinois state supported school can apply for the General Assembly scholarships. Applications are in the Guidance Office.

3. Attention Peer Jurors – Our first hearing is scheduled for Sunday, January 16th. If you are able to attend, please sign up in the Guidance Office. You should plan to be at the Dixon Police Department by 5:00 p.m.

4. There will be a National Honor Society meeting on Monday, January 10th at 7:20 a.m. in room 127.

5. Second semester schedules will be passed out Wednesday, January 14.

6. There is a $500 scholarship for a senior who will be entering a secretarial or business-related field within the State of Illinois. Preference is given to students who will be attending the University of Illinois. Applications are in the Guidance Office.
