Thought for the Day: Some days you’re the bug, others the windshield.

1. Attention Peer Jurors – Our first hearing is scheduled for Sunday, January 16th. If you are able to attend, please sign up in the Guidance Office. You should plan to be at the Dixon Police Department by 5:00 p.m.

2. If you are interested in being on the crew for the spring musical, pick up an information sheet in the main office.

3. The Illinois Elks Association is offering a scholarship for students entering physical & occupational therapy majors. Go to iea-ccc.info or iea-ieccc.info for information.

4. The 3rd annual Second Look Prom and Homecoming Dress Sale is February 26, 2011. We are in need of dresses, all sizes in great condition. We are also accepting purses/clutches that compliment the garments. See Mrs. Hermes in the Guidance Office.

5. There will be a Math Team meeting on Thursday, January 20th at 3:30 p.m. in front of the main office. It’s not too late for any other students interested in Math Team to join.


TODAY

There will be a short girls track meeting today after school in Mrs. Brigl’s room!

Attention all boys interested in TRACK, not out for a winter sport – There will be a meeting on Friday, January 14th after school in room 212. The first practice is Monday, January 17th at 3:00 in the gym lobby. Be sure your paperwork and fees are complete by this time. If you are interested and cannot attend the meeting, see Coach Luther.
