Thought for the Day: People love underdogs but follow top dogs.

1. Detasseling applications are available in the Guidance Office. Completed applications can be turned into the main office.

2. Midway Drive-In is looking for summer help. Call 847-647-3124 for information.

3. Freshmen – Only one more day to order your T-shirt! All orders must be in by Monday, April 11th. Turn them into the bandroom, office or a class officer.

4. There is a scholarship for a senior who will be attending Sauk Valley College next year majoring in Theatre/Performing Arts or Speech/Communications. Applications are in the G.O.

5. Freshmen will meet in the auditorium Tuesday, April 12th at 7:50 a.m. to receive information on class ring ordering.

6. Boy’s tennis players need to turn in T-shirt/sweatshirt money to Coach Boll or the Athletic Office by Monday, April 11th.


Today (4/8)
Today is the last day to drop off your yellow pass in the library to complete registration for the Read for a Lifetime program.

Today at 6:30 p.m., there will be a meeting in the cafeteria for anyone interested in playing football at DHS next year. Coach Smith will be here to talk with players and parents about the upcoming football season.

F/S baseball will practice at DHS in the cage from 3:00-5:30 today.
