1. The 2011 yearbooks are officially sold out.

2. Attention Seniors – Senior T-shirt order forms are in the main office. T-shirts are $14 each and are due Friday. Turn in order forms to a class officer, Mabel Seto, Alejandro Valdes, Shelby Westart or Matt Renne.

3. Students who were invited to the Honors Banquet – Don’t forget to purchase tickets for your parents in the Guidance Office. The deadline is Monday, May 9th.

4. Any wrestler who would like information regarding the Loras summer wrestling camp should see Coach Seibel in room 212, above the new gym.

5. There is a job posted in the Guidance Office for a part-time office assistant. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Check the jobs board in the G.O.

6. There will be no charges allowed for lunch after May 13th in the cafeteria.

7. There will be a National Honor Society meeting in room 117 on Monday, May 9th at 7:20 a.m.

8. Applications for SWAP (Student Worker Assistance Program) for next school year are available in Dr. Grady’s office, the Athletic Office or online at the school’s website. Applications are due back by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2011. Any applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list. There will be a student-parent informational meeting on Thursday, May 26th at 6:00 p.m. in the DHS auditorium.

9. Detasseling applications for Mr. Ricks and Mr. Randick are available in the G. O. All applications are due in the main office by Friday, May 13.

10.Summer School applications are available in the Guidance Office. Classes are $110.00 each and there are no waivers. Applications and money are due by May 23rd

11.Attention Golfers - There will be a meeting Wednesday, May 11 at 2:20 in Room 120.

12.Want to be a class officer? Petitions for the 2011-2012 school year are in the main office. All petitions are due by Wednesday, May 11th.

13.There will be volleyball open gym every Sunday at 7:00 p.m. in the old gym.

Cheerleaders – Fundraiser pick up is at 3:00 today in the cafeteria.
