From the homepage, click on "Prospective Student-Athletes."  The Dixon High School code is 141-615. Authorizations should be printed and given to Mrs. Bellows in the Guidance Office and she will see that they get forwarded with transcripts.  The ACT Test will need to be taken on a national Saturday test date.  The ACT portion of the PSAE will not qualify.  This year's test dates are listed above.
