On Thursday, April 12, members of Cub Scout Pack 196 performed an outdoor flag raising ceremony for the second and third graders at Lincoln School.  Cub Scouting is a year-round program designed for boys who are in first through fifth grades.  Parents and leaders work together to teach character development and good citizenship to the scouts.  Part of this work involves learning how to fold the flag of the United States of America and participating in the flag raising ceremony.

The following Wolf Scouts presented the flag for raising and lead their classmates in the Pledge of Allegiance: Nathaniel Davis, Rowan East-Peters, Zachary Fay, Zechariah Fazekas, Collin Francois, Carson Genz, Tanner Lawson, Damon Lucas, Logan Lutz, and Bryce Weems.  Pack 196 would like to thank Ms. Johnson, the teachers, and the students at Lincoln School for joining us in this important achievement.
