The winner will have a pizza lunch at Angelo’s Pizzeria with their favorite RMS employee and one friend. Tickets will be $1 each or 8 for $5. There will be one winner in each grade. Raffle tickets will be sold April 10 through April 27. Winners will be announced during your lunch hours on April 30. We will also be selling pop for $1 each April 16 – 20 during your lunch hours. Finally, we will have a “tip” jar in the office window for all of your pennies! Builder’s Club started us off with a $149 donation from their last dance! All profits will benefit Shining Star.

On Saturday, May 12th, the Annual Champions for Children’s Walk will take place in Dixon. This walk was created to give a voice to victims of child sexual abuse. 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys will be the victim of sexual abuse by the time they turn 18 years old. The Shining Star Children’s Center is the front line defense for these children and their families. The money raised will ensure the Center will be able to keep helping these child victims. Thanks for all of your support.
